The Wedding Schedule

We are thrilled to be able to spend more than just the wedding day with our friends and family.
​​On this page you will find all the information about what is happening when! In general, the schedule for the wedding day is as you would expect, but there will be some Catalan twists. Prepare for more food, more dancing and a much later night in the Catalan countryside.​

ITINERARY
​​From Tuesday 27th May,Wedding Guests can arrive at Vilar Riu de Baix.
Various activities for guests will be taking place - details on arrival.

​Friday 30th May
Welcome Dinner
Resort Rural Vilar Riu de Baix
Camí Illes, s/n, 43750 Flix,
Tarragona, Spain
This will be a Spanish style buffet on the lawns
of the hotel where most people will be staying.

​​Saturday 31st May
Breakfast served at Vilar Riu de Baix.
The bride's family and guests meet the groom's envoy at Vilar Riu de Baix.
Coaches will take us into the town then there will be
a procession to the church for the wedding ceremony.

After the confetti there will be celebratory drinks in the square
then coaches will depart for the reception.
The Reception

Coaches will depart at various times from La Boscana taking guests back to Flix.
Sunday 1st June
Breakfast served in Vilar Riu de Baix
Coaches can be arranged to transport guests to various airports.
